Teen Job Training Program

One of our newest programs, our Teen Job Training Program, was launched in 2022 as part of our mission to foster inclusivity and accessibility in the world of biking. We operate a paid internship and workforce development program for teens from historically underrepresented communities within the cycling industry. This hands-on program blends mentorship and comprehensive training in bicycle mechanics.
